The meeting was called to order by President Michael Daly.
Treasurer's Report: Nothing has changed since the last Treasurer's report at the last general meeting.
Secretary's Minutes: Minutes of the October Executive Board were read and approved.
Old Business: It was moved by Rocky Rockafellow and seconded by John Beland, and passed to approve posting the proposed by-laws as revised in the Blurb for review and consideration by the General Membership.
Mike Daily announced a possible "New Property" dive at his new place west of Occidental. More details to follow. This dive may be more in the line of a work party.
One item noted as missing from the current by-laws was the list of grandfathered boat captains. The list agreed upon at the meeting included:
Simon Kisch recommended improved language regarding the ``member recall'' procedure. The current by-laws seem to indicate that such a recall could be approved upon the vote of one member. Simon will draft a proposed new paragraph for consideration at a future meeting. The revised by-laws will be announced in the next Blurb.
There was a motion made by Simon Kisch, seconded, and approved unanimously, that requests for reimbursement of any expenses come to the e-board for approval prior to the treasurer issuing a check except for the following.
Rocky has agreed to provide the refreshments for the next two meetings.
