Executive board Meeting

The executive board discussed registration fees for boats and trailers. Alacosta paid the registration fees late this year, and paid $130 total for registration, including $61 in fines. The executive board voted to sell the trailer which came with Pépé. Our other trailer is somewhere in Novato. Alacosta will register this trailer as soon as possible. We will discuss using our other trailer at the bylaws meeting on April 23.

Bylaw meeting

The bylaw committee met on Tuesday, April 23, 2002. The committee suggested many revisions of the bylaws, including rules on determining boat captains. The revised bylaws will be presented to the executive board, and then to the general membership over the next few months. The revised bylaws will be published on the Alacosta web site.
