Senator Feinstein fights pseudoephedrine--divers can blow it out their ear

Senator Dianne Feinstein has decided to fight sales of pseudoephedrine, a drug which is in the dry box of many divers. Feinstein wants to limit retail sales of pseudoephedrine to either 3 grams or 9 grams, varying the amount in different press releases. A 3 gram purchase would limit purchases to a 10 day supply. A 9 gram supply might be a 30 day supply, depending up packaging. Current California law limits pseudoephedrine purchases to 9 grams or 3 packages.
