Authorize Roy Benedict was authorized to spend up to $1000 to fix two of the Alacosta engines, staggering the appointments so as to judge quality/economy of service on the first engine before completing work on second engine. Repairing two engines would have left four working engines out of five total engines. There will be a maximum of $700 spent on any one engine.

A discussion was held of two proposals for changing club dues, membership structure, and age requirements. General consensus reached on improving wording and simplifying structure, sent back to Bill for a rewrite.

The executive board formed an ad hoc budgetary committee composed of Kevin Dalley, Carolyn Oltman, and Susan Carter.

Bill McDowell is taking an inventory of Alacosta boat parts and other club equipment.
