General meeting

Susan Carter and Gary Schleimer volunteered to serve on the Emerald Bay Catalina committee.

Gary Schleimer is looking for a garage to store a boat trailer for an Alacosta boat. Please call Gary for information.

At the January general meeting, there was a vote to amend the bylaws to add additional life members. The bylaw amendment passed. The bylaw change is listed below.

Article IX.
Section 5. Life Members.

a. Resolved, That Life Members as described in article III paragraph 3e shall be elected per article VIII paragraph 1 and shall have all of the privileges of membership without payment of dues. Life Members shall be listed below:

Executive Board Meeting

Alacosta is missing engine muffs; we will search for them. We will mark the anchor bag and the waterproof box with the boat number. The boat and board bags for the Zodiacs and Achilles are worn out. We will investigate replacing the bags.

The executive board discussed insurance issues. Carolyn Oltman will investigate our club insurance.
