Tom Ross volunteered to be the chair of the Halloween party and
Catalina reunion.
The bylaws changes as printed in the Blurb were approved
without discussion.

- Resolved, that the Corporation shall hold at least one swimming pool
meeting each month except October.
These meetings shall be open to all categories of membership and
their guests.

- Resolved, that no action which is contrary to the rules and
regulations of the Oakland Recreation Department may be taken by
this corporation.
Section III. Member's Privileges & Rights

- Resolved, that a staff member of the Oakland Recreation Department
will be an ex-officio member of the Corporation and may attend any
corporation meeting.

Oakland Recreation Department per the Articles of Incorporation,

The Executive Board discussed purchasing general liability
insurance for the entire year for Alacosta.
This money will come out of the Catalina fund.
The Executive Board endorsed the expense and send it to the general
membership for approval.
The Executive Board approved a motion to tip the Catalina tank fillers
$10/day.
