Executive Board meeting

Recently, the Oakland Department of Parks and Recreation decided that it did not want Alacosta around anymore. Currently, the Alacosta constitution states that, when Alacosta dissolves, its money will go the Oakland Department of Parks and Recreation. The Executive Board wants to get even. The board discussed changing the constitution so that all extra money goes to the Girl Scouts instead of Oakland. In the next few months, there will be a resolution to change the constitution. This should teach Oakland what happens when it screws with Alacosta. Of course, the amendment will be published in the Blurb before the general meeting has an opportunity to vote on the amendment.
