3 cups Gigartina, chopped coarsely and packed firmlyBring Gigartina and milk to a boil over a heat spreader or in a double boiler. Simmer 25 minutes. Meanwhile, simmer honey and cashew bugger until smooth. Pour milk mixture through strainer into honey mixture and mix. Pour into serving bowl(s).
